What to write
The line is the part they’ll read twice. Keep it under 40 characters. It doesn’t have to be poetic, just yours. Try one of these:
- Something one of you said that you still quote
- Where you were when you knew
- The inside joke nobody else gets
- “the night we…” / “where we…”
- What you’d want them to read on a hard day
For a couple you love: Where did they say yes, or where did they meet? · What do their friends always say about them? · Finish this: “to many more…” · One word for them, then make it a sentence.

What should I write for the line?
Something only the two of you would understand: a phrase, an inside joke, the thing that happened. Under 40 characters. There are prompts in the designer if you’re stuck. Short is good.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see faces. Phone photos are fine. We’ll warn you if the resolution is too low for the size you pick.
Can I use a photo from our wedding photographer?
Usually the photographer owns the copyright, even on photos you paid for. Please check you have their permission to print it.
Can I choose any place?
Any address, café, park or city you can find on the map. The dot goes exactly where you put the pin.
Will I see it before it’s printed?
Yes. The preview is exactly what we print, and you approve it before checkout.
Can I ship it straight to them with a note?
Yes, add their address at checkout and write your note. They get a printed gift note tucked in the box, plus an emailed card you can send on the day.
When will it arrive?
Each piece is made to order in 2–3 business days, then shipped in the US. Order early for the holidays; we’ll post order-by dates soon. See Shipping for details.
Is it framed?
Yes. It arrives ready to hang: the 1.25" gallery-wrapped canvas comes with a sawtooth hanger installed, and the floating-frame version comes with hanging wire installed. The image wraps around the edges, so the sides are finished too.
Where is it made?
Printed in the USA by our professional print partner.
Can I return it?
It’s made just for you, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, or we made a mistake, we’ll remake it or refund you. Send a photo within 30 days.
Is my photo private?
It’s used only to make your order. Ask and we’ll delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
